Planet Rangers
Primary schools generate around 45kg of waste per pupil, per academic year. Although 807 of waste generated by schools is recyclable, only 20% gets recycled. Planet Rangers aim is to encourage recycling at schools. Through a summer activity pack, students will be recruited to join the Planet Rangers in their mission to help Earth sort their waste correctly. The storytelling will continue when the students return to school to find the characters in the form of physical bins, along with posters and a themed garbage truck to collect the waste each week.
